This project is made possible through a grant from the Michigan Department of Education and funds provided through a Technology Challenge Innovation Grant totaling $8 million from the U.S. Department of Education.  Forty-nine per cent of total costs are from contributions from school districts and business/industry partners in the Central Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The project is part of Project TELL -- Technology in Education through Leadership and Literacy.
