Evaluation

  

The evaluation report is prepared by the Project TELL Evaluation team from SAMPI at Western Michigan University.  The Year 03 Evaluation Report includes a discussion of third-year activities; findings from surveys, interviews, site visits, observations, produce assessments, and review of student data; and discussion of challenges for the project.  It was prepared to inform staff, stakeholders, and funders of the progress of the project.  It has been prepared in accordance with expectations of the U.S. Department of Education.  Annual evaluation reports are prepared each year of the project through June 2004.
