Breaking the Mold: A New Vision for Student Achievement This innovative leadership development program brings together teachers, students, administrators, support staff and community members in project-based action learning teams. The teams work on technology-rich projects that are designed to enhance student achievement. School reform will be successful in direct correlation with the extent to which we develop leaders at all levels of our academic organizations. Students, teachers, administrators, support staff, and community members come together in this innovative leadership development program in an action-learning environment to work on sustainable and innovative ways to enhance student achievement. This program represents a unique blending of school improvement, leadership development, and organizational transformation that will allow us to make quantum leaps both in level of achievement and speed in which we are able to respond to student needs and changes in our society.  Breaking the Mold rests on the notion that leadership is best pursued in the midst of real, relevant, and necessary work.
